Updated November 1, 2026 · referral service, not a contractor

Troy Basement Waterproofing (troybasementwaterproofing.com) is an independent local referral service for homeowners in Troy, Michigan who have a wet basement, a leaking foundation or a failing sump pump. It is not a contractor, not a franchise and not a national lead company.

Example: a tape measure held against a wall, the kind of measuring done during a free Troy estimate — Example photo of a tape measure held against a wall. Not a Troy home and not our work.

Who we are

Troy Basement Waterproofing exists to give Troy homeowners a straight answer about basement water and one introduction to a local contractor, instead of a lead form that sells your number to five companies at once. It is a small, independent website with no connection to any contractor's brand.

How it works

You describe the problem in the form.
We pass the request to one independent waterproofing contractor who serves Troy. Not five. One.
The contractor contacts you and gives a free estimate. You decide; there is no obligation.
The contractor may pay us a referral fee. You never pay us anything, and the fee does not change your price.

Our promises

We say plainly on every page that we are a referral service, not a contractor, and we hold no contractor license.
No fake reviews. Any testimonial you ever see here will be from a real homeowner who agreed to be quoted.
No fake office. We have no storefront in Troy; the contractor comes to your home.
Local facts on the Troy page are sourced (Census, USDA soil survey, National Weather Service, FEMA, city permit pages) and dated so you can check them.
We recommend you verify any contractor's license at michigan.gov/lara before signing.
